Driving Directions

From San Francisco (~15 min): Head south on I-280 S toward Daly City. Take the Westborough Blvd/Eastmoor Ave exit. Turn right onto 87th St and continue to our facility at 191 87th St. Street parking and a visitor lot are available on-site.

From San Jose / South Bay (~35 min): Take US-101 North toward San Francisco. Merge onto I-280 North and follow signs for Daly City. Exit at Westborough Blvd, then head east. Turn left onto 87th St. NTH Rehab will be on your right.

From Oakland / East Bay (~30 min): Cross the Bay Bridge (I-80 West) into San Francisco. Merge onto US-101 South, then take I-280 South toward Daly City. Exit at Westborough Blvd/Eastmoor Ave and turn right onto 87th St. Our center is located at 191 87th St.

We understand that the right treatment center may not always be in your immediate neighborhood. That is why NTH Rehab also accepts out-of-state admissions for individuals seeking specialized addiction treatment and behavioral health care on the California coast.
